Login security and account protection

This prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.
If you see a login alert notifying you of access from an unfamiliar location or device, review your login history in Account Settings. If you do not recognize the activity, change your password immediately and contact our support team through your dashboard. We log all login attempts and account access to detect suspicious patterns and protect against fraud.
Login tips
Use a strong password: Combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.
Enable two-factor authentication: After login, go to Account Settings and turn on 2FA for an extra security layer.
Log out on shared devices: If you log in from a computer you share with others, click "Sign out" and do not select "Remember me" next time.
Forgot your password or cannot log in?
If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on this login page. Enter your email address or username, and we will send a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link in that email and follow the prompts to set a new password. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.
If you do not receive a password-reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact our support team through the help section of your browser or via the contact form in your account dashboard. We will verify your identity (using your identity documents on file) and help you regain access to your account.
If you are having trouble logging in for other reasons—such as account suspension, verification pending, or payment disputes—contact our support team. Be prepared to verify your identity through the verification process (providing government-issued ID and proof of address) before we can make account changes.
Account suspension or closure
We may temporarily suspend your sitoto account if we detect suspicious activity, policy violations, or incomplete verification. If your account is suspended, you will receive notification email with an explanation. You can appeal the suspension or request more information by contacting our support team.
If you choose to close your account, contact our support team to request permanent closure. We will process your request within five business days, refund any remaining balance to your linked payment method, and retain your transaction records for seven years as required by law. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, but you may create a new account after closure if you remain eligible under your jurisdiction's laws.
Service availability and jurisdiction
